Kindergarten and first grade students celebrated Thanksgiving last week with a tranditional feast! Students in first grade ate lunch in their classrooms complete with decked out desks, placemats and helped with some of the prep work. Kindergarteners ate in the cafeteria and were served by Donna Turner, Kathy Smith, Alysson Cotrell, and Matt Westfall to name just a few! They really enjoy this long standing tradition after wrapping up the study of the first Thanksgiving. They were eager to try all of the great food, and were so thankful for all of the hard work, donations, and food provided by our staff and families!
