MIDDLE SCHOOL

NO SCHOOL FRIDAY or MONDAY!

FEES: At least 1⁄2 of your original fees are due TODAY. Invoices will be sent home this week.
Accounts not in good standing will lose access to their Progressbook Account. Email or see Mrs. Nieman with any questions.

BUS CHANGES: Due to an extended absence of a driver, starting TODAY, Jan 15: Bus 15's route will be dissolved into bus 16 & 12. Students on Yearion Rd and Lippincott Rd will be riding bus 16. The remaining students will be riding bus 12.
Stop times may be earlier or later than usual but will become consistent. Thank you.

STUDENT COUNCIL: The Student Council Mtg is at 12:25 TODAY.
YEARBOOK MEETING
: There will be a yearbook meeting on Tuesday, January 28th from 3:00-4:00 pm.

SPORTS

BOWLING: Any middle school girl or boy grade 6th, 7th or 8th can come Thursday from 5:00 to 6:30 and any other time that HS has practice.

HIGH SCHOOL

EXAMS: Attention CCP Students that sign In/Out: If your exam schedule will require you to be in the building and you do NOT have an assigned Homeroom, you will need to report to the Media Center during Homeroom time. See the schedule sent out by Mr. Johnson for exam times.

JUNGLE BUS!

The WL-S Tigers Jungle Bus will travel to Mechanicsburg on January 23rd in support of our girl’s basketball team. HS students are eligible.
Pick up the forms in the front office. Forms must be signed by a parent/guardian and returned by January 21st.

DRIVE TO SUCCEED driver's ed sessions are coming up for end of January, end of February, and end of March.

Packets can be picked up in the office and returned to Mrs. Nieman.

COUNSELING OFFICE

CCP CLASSES: Attention students taking online CCP Classes: As we approach the end of fall semester, this is a reminder about your CCP textbooks. Please see below for specific information per college and be sure to meet any deadlines as instituted by college.
Cedarville University: All textbooks must be returned to the Cedarville campus bookstore.
Clark State Community College: All textbooks must be returned to the WL-S Media Center (Mrs. Blaker)

Edison State Community College: All RENTED textbooks must be returned to the campus bookstore by 12/20.

Items may be shipped or dropped off in person. All other materials purchased using CCP funds must also be returned and should be returned to the WL-S Media Center no later than 1/27/25. Failure to return materials will result in being charged. Not sure if you rented or purchased your materials, email lmccabe2@edisonohio.edu.

For seniors planning to attend 2-year or 4-year colleges; They are offering one $500 scholarship for a WL-S senior Apps in Counseling Office; Due back to Counseling Office 3/12/25

Pioneer Electric Cooperative Scholarships

(15) $500 scholarships randomly drawn for seniors 2-year or 4-year college bound
Parents or guardians must receive their electric from Pioneer

WEIGHT ROOM: Any high school student using the weight room after school must be accompanied by a board approved chaperone (coach, teacher, or administrator). Weight room hours are 3:00-4:15 every day except Wednesday which is 3:00-4:00.
