My name is Molly Smith and I'm honored to be your High School Counselor. I am a former graduate of WL-S myself. My eldest daughter is a WL-S grad and my youngest daughter also attends here. I earned my bachelor's in Psychology from Ohio University and my Master's in Counseling and a M. Ed. from Wright State University. I worked locally in community mental health providing direct services for 15 years and have been in my current role since 2015.

It is my mission to best serve the students as we work towards career and college readiness as well as best support them with any concerns along the way. I have an open door policy at all times, and students and families are always welcome to get in touch with me if there are questions or concerns. My email is mosmith@wlstigers.org.
