The West Liberty-Salem Education Association partnered with the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America for their fourth annual Adopt-A-Family this Christmas. The project provides one Logan County family with Christmas gifts donated by our WL-S staff, and what a Christmas they will have! Our staff provided new shoes, clothes, doll and doll clothes, football gloves, bath sets, video games, toys, PJ’s and hair bows just to name a few. After the presents are donated, students from Mrs. Hall’s Family and Consumer Science class wrapped, tagged and delivered gifts. This simple act of giving really gets everyone in the Christmas spirit, while teaching our students about giving back to their community. WL-S appreciates our WLSEA and the FCCLA for continuing this tradition year after year! We are thankful for you and your mission to give back!
